Our Story
Next Avenue Partners was created in 2020 by Michael Petersen. After being a successful Realtor and investor for the past decade Michael wanted to start a team and grow the services offered to clients. In addition to assisting our clients with buying and selling real estate, we offer project management for flipping or short-term rental launches. We also specialize in short-term rental management. Lastly, Michael does offer business consulting for anyone looking for help in their business or advice on how to grow. The main focus always remains to give our clients as much value as possible and help guide them in accomplishing all of their real estate goals.
